About

Hi, I'm Maxim

Founder of Samson's Secrets. With a BSc in Sport Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, I've spent over a decade crafting training programmes that blend science with soul: from coaching in professional sport to guiding clients through private training spaces and mentoring aspiring personal trainers.

I've coached for Gymshark, and I'm a qualified tutor and assessor (Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement), so I also train and assess new personal trainers.

The mission

"We must work with what we have to become all that we're capable of."

Through a holistic approach to health and wellness, we design routines and structures that shape the future, physically, mentally and spiritually. Our mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, discipline their minds and strengthen their spirit, not through quick fixes, but through consistent effort, rooted intention and self-respect.

In practice, that means eight daily disciplines I coach every client by: the 8 Secrets.

Secret 1Discipline is Divine

Keep small promises to yourself, every day.

Secret 2Guard the Gates

Choose what you let into your mind like you choose food.

Secret 3Movement is Medicine

Move with purpose daily, long before it shows in the mirror.

Secret 4Fuel the Temple

A consistent diet beats a perfect one.

Secret 5Rest is Training

Strength is built while you recover.

Secret 6Stillness Before Strength

A few calm minutes a day sharpen every decision.

Secret 7Strength Has Purpose

Know who your strength is for.

Secret 8Your Space Shapes You

Make the right choice the easy choice.

Body

Progressive strength training that builds muscle, power and resilience.

Mind

Discipline, focus and habits that keep you training when motivation fades.

Spirit

Training as self-respect: honouring the body as a living temple.

Science

Everything grounded in sport science and a decade of coaching.
