Samson's Secrets ("we") runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address and order details, so we can deliver your plan and keep records we're required to keep.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
- Newsletter: your name and email if you sign up, to send training tips and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Coaching: if you become a coaching client, information about your training and health that you choose to share, used only to coach you safely.
Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we never see your full card details.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages they view and which adverts brought them here. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and device information on our behalf. We only load it after you choose Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The site also stores small items in your browser so the shop basket and your cookie choice work. These are needed for the site to function and don't track you.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires. Messages and coaching information are kept while we're working together and deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@samsonssecrets.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
